Hancock Tower

Location: John Hancock Tower, Boston, MA
Distance: 2.7 miles, 4.3 km
Transportation: Subway

A great architectual monument by I. M. Pei, unfortunately photographed in a very cliched manner by me (I do intend to get back to Copley Square when it's not so oppressively hot and try again, but I can't think in this heat). I thought it looked slightly better as a black and white image.

The interesting thing about the Hancock tower is that the reflection of the glass is not smooth, as would be expected. Rather, it's very rippled--and upon desaturation, it gives it a grainy look.
