Splash

splash

Nikon D70 35-105mm, 1/10 sec, ISO 200, flash fired

It's been an incredibly hot summer in Boston--and this waterslide was a big hit.

The sun was really strong this day, so I tried to use the SB-600 speedlight as a fill flash. There was some post-processing colour adjustment to remove the blue cast that was reflected from the waterslide.

Great action shot. Fill flash is something I have not experimented with yet. You've inspired me to look into it. :)
