Location: Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1), BC, Canada

It's a long drive from Edmonton to Vancouver when you have to pull over and take a picture of every interesting tree. At least this portion of the Trans-Canada is not very heavily travelled.

I don't know why, but I like crazy patterns to be more central in a photo, or take up at least more than half the frame....sorry.

PS. My eye always looks at the top of the tree expecting to see something important (eg. nest), and has difficulty looking at the rest of the photo.

Thanks for the comments. I was going for the whole negative space thing, but I guess it didn't work too well.
